Heathrow Airport

Heathrow Airport is London’s most popular and largest airport — it will definitely be the airport you fly into if you are coming from the US. Before you come, I would recommend that you check out this website — It contains a lot of helpful information to prepare you.

Heathrow Airport sits just 15 miles west of central London, whereas the other London airports (with the exception of London City Airport) are all about an hour away — Those airports are called Gatwick, Luton, & Stansted. If you travel via RyanAir or EasyJet (2 cheap European airlines geared toward students), you will most likely fly out of Gatwick, Luton, or Stansted. Make sure you read the website to figure out the best way to travel to/from Heathrow!
